I. Membership Eligibility & Tier Validity

1. Upgrades & Renewals: The system automatically calculates your accumulated spending daily (based on the actual amount paid). Upon reaching an upgrade threshold, your account will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding tier the following day, activating your exclusive discounts.

2. Tier Validity: The "Taiwan Blue Magpie" tier is valid indefinitely. The "Swiftlet," "Crane," and "Phoenix" tiers are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of upgrade. If you meet the renewal threshold within the validity period, your tier will be automatically extended for another year.

II. Exclusive Shopping Credits & Birthday Gift Regulations
To ensure fair and ultimate product quality for all members, all system-issued credits are subject to the following usage regulations:

1. Welcome Gift ($500): Valid for 30 days from issuance. Can be redeemed on a single order with a checkout total of $3,000 or more.

2. LINE Binding Gift ($100): No minimum spend required. Valid for 30 days from issuance (shipping fees are calculated separately according to official website rules).

3. Birthday Credits ($200 ~ $5,000): The system will automatically issue your exclusive birthday credit to your account on the 1st day of your birthday month. It is valid until 23:59 on the last day of the month. Expired credits will be automatically retrieved and will not be reissued. The redemption thresholds for each tier's birthday credit are as follows:

· Taiwan Blue Magpie ($200) / Swiftlet ($500): Redeemable on a single order of $3,000 or more.
· Crane ($1,500): Redeemable on a single order of $10,000 or more.
· Phoenix ($5,000): Redeemable on a single order of $30,000 or more.

4. Only ONE shopping credit or coupon may be used per single order. Credits cannot be combined or stacked with other promotional discounts.

5. Brand "Starter/Trial Kits" or specific products marked as "Not eligible for discount" cannot be purchased using any shopping credits or points.

III. Points Issuance & Redemption Rules
1. Points Activation: Reward points will be automatically issued to your account once the order status changes to "Completed" (after the 7-day appreciation period with no returns).

2. 1 Point = NT$1. To maintain brand operations and service quality, the maximum point redemption per order is capped at 10% of the actual total amount paid for that order.

3. Points Validity: Points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. Expired points will be automatically voided without prior notice and cannot be exchanged for cash.

IV. Checkout Calculation & Free Shipping Regulations
To provide a clear checkout experience, the system calculates totals based on the following standard formula:

1. Discount Sequence: At checkout, the system will first apply your VIP exclusive discount, then deduct a single shopping credit / birthday credit, and finally allow you to freely choose whether to redeem your reward points.

2. The exclusive free shipping threshold for each tier is based on the final actual payment amount after all discounts, credits, and points have been deducted. If the total after deductions falls below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be automatically applied by the system.

V. Exclusive Channel Limitations & Brand Declaration
1. Official Channels Only: This VIP membership system, including discounts, reward points, and all privileges, is exclusively applicable to the ASPI Official Website and the ASPI Official LINE Customer Service channel. Purchases made through other distributors, department store counters, or third-party e-commerce platforms are not eligible to enjoy or accumulate these benefits.

2. ASPI reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the membership system, privilege contents, and event details at any time. Any changes will be announced on the official website without separate individual notice.
