Shopping Guide & VIP Privileges
全館分為「美 · 燕窩」與「草 · 本香」。
✦ 燕窩滿 $6,000 免運
✦ 線香滿 $1,500 免運
鮮燉燕窩為「冷藏」配送,線香為「常溫」。若同筆訂單含不同溫層,系統將自動拆單分別計算免運門檻及運費。
首次登入可使用 LINE, Facebook 或 Google 帳號快速登錄成為會員。
✦ 新客禮:$500 購物金 (首次購物滿 $2,500 可用)
✦ LINE好友綁定禮:$100 購物金 (發放後45天內有效)
* 升級與續會皆以「實付金額」計算。
* 第三方平台與「LINE 禮物」恕不適用官網會員禮遇。
✦ 會員折扣由系統自動帶入,使用購物金或點數折抵將影響年度消費額。
✦ 特惠組、訂閱組、節慶限定組與商品頁標示「不適用折抵」之商品可累積點數和年度消費額,但恕不再疊加會員折扣、購物金或點數折抵。
✦ 有特殊需求者,請於訂單備註說明。

✦ 鮮燉燕窩:當日下單現製,付款後三日內冷藏配送,可選擇「7-11到店取」或「黑貓宅配」。
✦ 乾燕盞 / 線香:確認付款後,隔日常溫出貨,可選擇「7-11」、「全家」店取,或「黑貓宅配」。
* 週末有配送;週日不出貨亦不配送,敬請見諒。
Shipping Information
1. Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days (including weekends and holidays, excluding the order date).
2. Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00; Weekends before noon. No deliveries are scheduled on national holidays.
3. Delays in shipment may occur during festive seasons with high order volumes or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
4. For convenience store pickups, please pay attention to the SMS arrival notification.
Delivery Logistics
1. Chilled Home Delivery: HCT Logistics, Black Cat Ta-Q-Bin (Taiwan Main Island only).
2. Room Temperature Convenience Store Pickup: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart (Available at stores on Taiwan Main Island and Offshore Islands).
Returns & Exchanges
1. All pre-order items in our store are handmade fresh foods and are not subject to the standard 7-day cooling-off (appreciation) period.
2. To ensure the highest quality, please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you find severe damage caused during transit, please take photos immediately as evidence. Provide your "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Number," "Returned Item Name," and "Reason for Return & Photos" to our Customer Service Email or notify us via our LINE@ASPI official account. We will assist you as soon as possible. Returns or exchanges are not accepted under any other circumstances.

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be unopened and unused, retaining their complete original packaging (including the outer cardboard box); otherwise, returns/exchanges will not be accepted.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service → Confirm Eligibility for Return → Prepare the Complete Item and Invoice → Provide Pickup Time, Contact Info, and Address → The item will be collected by our designated logistics partner.
Refund Policy
Credit Card Payments: Once the return is successfully confirmed, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card used for payment.
ATM Transfers: Once the return is successfully confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
Exchange Process
If both you and ASPI agree to proceed with an exchange, please process a return for the original order and place a new order in the store. We will only issue an invoice and charge/refund the price difference. If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
