Dear Customers,
ASPI will not ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM in any name or for any reason through text messages or phone calls.
If you receive such a call or text message, please be alert and do not trust the instructions of unknown callers.
If you have any concerns, please contact ASPI or call the Police Department 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for confirmation in the first instance.
When you receive an unknown caller whose caller ID starts with “+”, “+2”, “+886”, etc., please be alert and beware of the caller's tactics of tampering with phone numbers or pretending to be a specific company, bank, or judicial authority.
Do not click on unknown links, invitations from unrecognized LINE friends, or text messages.
Common fraudulent techniques such as “duplicate orders” and “false installment payments” are used to convince consumers, and then they are asked to go through the process of Internet banking or ATM operations.
If the call is related to your bank account, please call your bank directly. If the caller asks you to operate the account or provide information, please decline the call to minimize the risk of fraud.
Please change your passwords regularly, strengthen your passwords (use a mixture of upper and lower case English and numbers), and do not enter your account passwords on public computers to improve information security.
All the best,
ASPI
