I. Orders
- When using ASPI's online pre-order services, you agree that electronic documents shall serve as the valid method of expressing your intent.
- ASPI reserves the right to accept or decline any order. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to natural disasters, unforeseen human factors, or other exceptional circumstances, we will notify you via SMS, email, or an on-site message.
- Once your order is placed and payment is completed, the items will immediately enter our production schedule. Therefore, we cannot accept any changes to order details (including items or quantities) for any reason. Should you choose to cancel the order after this point, a corresponding cancellation fee will be incurred.
- Please ensure all personal details (such as your phone number, email, and other contact information) are entered accurately when placing your order. ASPI shall not be held liable for any failed deliveries or other damages resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
- Both our dry bird's nests and the glass containers for our ready-to-drink beverages are fragile. Consequently, the shipping process entails inherent risks. ASPI guarantees that all products are dispatched in perfect condition; however, we cannot absolutely guarantee immunity against collisions or damage during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you fully understand and are willing to bear the associated shipping risks.
- In the event of natural disasters or force majeure that prevent our logistics partners from operating, delivery dates will be postponed and adjusted based on the actual operational status of the logistics company. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded under such circumstances.
- Once a home delivery order is confirmed, changes to quantities or flavors are strictly not accepted. If you need to update your delivery address or information, you must notify us prior to shipment. Once the parcel is dispatched, we cannot accept any order cancellations or modifications.
- Please ensure that someone is available at the designated address to receive the delivery on the scheduled date. ASPI shall not provide refunds or replacements for any damage or loss resulting from a failure to receive the package in a timely manner.
- If an order is canceled on the scheduled date of dispatch, please note that the products have already been freshly prepared. Therefore, ASPI will not be able to offer any refunds.
III. Returns & Exchanges
- According to the regulations regarding reasonable exceptions to the right of cancellation for distance sales: items that are "prone to corruption, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire" fall under the reasonable exceptions of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. Since January 1, 2016, fresh foods are exempt from Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off (appreciation) period. The products sold by ASPI are classified as fresh foods under the law. Therefore, unless there is a severe defect in the product itself, we cannot accept unconditional returns.
- If you find that the received item does not match your order, has sustained damage not caused by human factors, contains foreign objects, or has incomplete/damaged packaging: Please take photographs immediately for evidence and email them, along with your order details, name, and contact number, to aspiforyou@gmail.com. We will assist you with the subsequent processes as swiftly as possible. (Customer Service Hours: 09:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 18:00; excluding weekends and national holidays).
- Once a return order is confirmed, ASPI will complete the refund via bank transfer or credit card reversal within 15 days (for the exact date the funds will reflect on your account, please contact your card-issuing bank).
- Membership Requirements: You can become a member by registering your personal details on the ASPI website or by logging in via Google, Facebook, or LINE and completing your profile. Members enjoy exclusive privileges; for more details, please refer to the [Exclusive Member Privileges] section.

When you make a purchase, ASPI utilizes the features provided by the SHOPLINE platform to collect your personal and transaction-related data during checkout and contract fulfillment. This data is used to provide products or services, as well as for subsequent SHOPLINE-related customer service and marketing promotions.- Data Disclosure: Unless cooperating with investigations by judicial authorities, other competent authorities, or police units as required by law, or when necessary to assert our rights due to your violation of laws or contracts, ASPI will not disclose or sell your personal data to any third party outside of relevant legal frameworks.
